All the fancy engineering and aesthetic designs might not be up to par with an old and simple structure like the Hollywood Road Police Married Quarters, built in the 1950s. Why? A walk along the corridors and one can see the ventilation and the circulation that would make air-conditoning obsolete. Why can't energy solutions be low tech, simple and actually work?
